Fusion 3.6 to Fusion 3.6 SP 1

Upgrade can be done from Fusion 3.6 To Upgrade from previous versions select the version you are currently on from the version drop down and view the upgrade paths.

Overview​

This upgrade guide contains all the necessary steps to upgrade both Fusion and the Elevate services.

Upgrade Steps​

Fusion Tag Controller​

  1. Open the Azure Portal:

  2. Locate the Function App:

    • In the search bar, type func-tagcontroller- and select the corresponding Function App.

  3. Access Environment Variables:

    • In the left-hand menu, click on Environment variables under the Settings section.

  4. Update WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE:

    • In the App Settings list, locate the setting named WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE.
    • Replace the current value with the provided URL.

  5. Save and Restart:

    • Click Apply at the bottom of the Environment Variables page.
    • You will be prompted to confirm restarting the function app; proceed with the restart.

Fusion UI​

  1. Open the Azure Portal:

  2. Locate the App Service:

    • In the search bar, type app-fusion-ui- and select the corresponding App Service.

  3. Access Environment Variables:

    • In the left-hand menu, click on Environment variables under the Settings section.

  4. Update WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE:

    • In the App Settings list, locate the setting named WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE.
    • Replace the current value with the provided URL.

  5. Save and Restart:

    • Click Apply at the bottom of the Environment Variables page.
    • You will be prompted to confirm restarting the function app; proceed with the restart.

Elevate​

To upgrade Elevate run the Elevate.exe contained in the installation bundle.
